Relating Functional Connectivity and Alcohol Use Disorder: A Systematic Review and Derivation of Relevance Maps for Regions and Connections
Published in Human Brain Mapping, vol. 46, issue 2, 2025
Systematic review of the literature linking resting-state fMRI functional connectivity to alcohol use disorder (39 studies), analysing patterns in methods and datasets used and deriving quantitative relevance maps showing associations recurring most frequently between connectivity and the disorder, both in whole-brain and seed-based analyses.
